By creating an account and using All My Rides ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All My Rides is a platform for tracking vehicle service history, managing maintenance records, and organizing vehicle information. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. User Data and Partner Sharing

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the Service. We store your data securely. By using the Service, you consent to All My Rides sharing your data with All My Rides partners for purposes related to the service, recommendations, and improvements. We will not sell your data to unrelated third parties.

5. Consent, Account Deletion, and Rights

You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, all associated data and your consent for data sharing will be automatically revoked and removed from our systems.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
Uploading harmful or illegal content
Using the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

By consenting to these Terms & Conditions, you agree that All My Rides may send you email recommendations and tips on how to use the tool more efficiently, especially when updates or new features are released.

9. Limitation of Liability

All My Rides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
