It is the vehicle that should carry its documentation, not whoever happened to own it. A handover moves the vehicle and its entire history into the buyer's account, once the buyer has confirmed.
Enter the buyer's email address and send the ownership transfer request for the vehicle.
The transfer only happens once the recipient actively accepts. Nobody gets a vehicle in their account without knowing.
Service history and attached receipts follow the vehicle to its new owner. Nothing has to be entered again.
The same applies to the boat, the trailer, the moped and the tractor — anything in the account can be handed over.
